Troubleshooting

No device appears

Use a data USB-C cable (not charge-only), enable USB streaming on the camera, then reconnect.

Black picture

Close other apps using the camera, and check the camera isn’t in playback mode.

Low frame rate

Lower Processing resolution in Settings, or disable the vectorscope and waveform.

Permission denied

Open your browser’s site settings for this page and allow Camera.
